For safety, privacy, and sanitation reasons, we don’t allow children or guests in the treatment room. If it’s your first time and you’re feeling nervous, we totally get it, just let us know in advance so we can make sure you’re fully supported during your service.

Deposits are non-refundable but will go toward your final total at checkout. If you’re more than 5 minutes late to a short appointment (10–25 minutes), or more than 10 minutes late to a longer one (30+ minutes), we charge a 50% same-day cancellation fee. A 100% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made less than two hours in advance. Menstruation is not an exception; we still require 24 hours’ notice.
